That’s according to a survey of 158 senior executives and managers done by Madbury, N.H.-based NFI Research. The media’s point of view on business news and trends is negative, said 64 percent of executives polled. Thirteen percent said the media describes business extremely negatively.
“The media is looking for the simple and the attention-drawing stuff,” said one survey respondent, according to NFI Research. “Positive tales are not newsworthy by these standards.”
